This sunny seafront apartment with easy mobility is located in the heart of the business and leisure district. Designed in the summer '17 by the host Architect in collaboration with a contemporary artist. The fusion of art & architecture in the apartment is felt throughout every object and detail.
Intention: To redefine luxury by surrounding guests with collectors' items, lots of green, beautiful colors & artworks so the accommodation becomes an experience.
It's fully air-conditioned and offers two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a storeroom, a bathroom, and a magical balcony.
The main bedroom (the one with the beautiful seaview) features a small & cozy double bed to give more living space to the room. The second bedroom has two comfortable single beds in case you need some space between friends.
The living room during the day can easily host 7 people while at night, it's easily transformable sofa bed can host 1 or two love birds. Be there and charge your phone with the provided chargers and watch a movie on the 36-inch screen.
The kitchen, loaded with cookware, crockery and cutlery offers the best chance to be creative with food or (if you are a workaholic type or intend to write a book) a comfortable workspace with a nice view, wi-fi and easy socket access.
Hang your towels after a nice day at the beach on the hanger provided in the storage room and store luggage after you place your belongings in the large bedroom wardrobes.
Two towels are provided for each guest, as well as soap, shampoo, buttons, cotton pads, and things you hopefully won't need to use, a first-aid kit or sewing kit in the bathroom cupboard.
The balcony with its lazy chair offers a wonderful gaze to the sea where you can read any of the books provided.
Interaction with guests
Due to the architect host's interest in research, all guests are offered a brief history of Limassol's formation or can be privately toured. Alexandros’ home is located in Limassol, Cyprus.
Obligatory cleaning every fourth day with an extra fee of €20 payed on the spot.
