The house is 4 Bedrooms and 1.5 Bathrooms and occupied by a mid-30s male college professor and a little cat (I'll be gone while you're here, but the cat will stay). Hardwood floors and historical details throughout.
The guest bedroom and master bedroom each have a queen-sized bed with memory foam mattress. The finished attic has a queen-sized memory foam mattress currently on the floor (still deciding on furniture), a queen-sized aerobed, a couch, and additional floor space if you bring your own air mattress. I also have a couch in the living room.
I have a separate listing for just the guest bedroom if you want to share a house.
If you want to stay 3
The whole house will be yours except for my study, which is full of boxes and papers that I would like you to leave undisturbed.
Interaction with guests
I will either be out of town or staying with a friend while you're here. If I'm in town, I'm happy to pop by and check on anything for you. If not, I'll have a couple neighbors you can contact should you need anything.
Other things to note
I'm currently working on peeling all the wallpaper and painting the walls, so the walls are a little bare. Everything will be clean when you show up, though.
- I'd prefer you don't wear shoes in the house.
- Please clear any events or parties with me ahead of time.
- You'll need to refill my cat's food and water bowls while you're here. You'll probably want to scoop out the litter box as well.
From Dec 22, 2017 - Jan 01, 2018 the minimum stay is 3 nights.
