The space
The flat is bright and spacious, the rooms are large with high ceilings while the furnishings are modern and comfortable. The location is amazing - it's really central and only a short walk to Borough Market and The Tate Modern but our street is very quiet and overlooks a park so we have lots of green space, it's the best of both worlds.

There's a fully fitted kitchen with everything you'd find in your own home available if you want to cook during your stay, there's also a handy dishwasher so no need to do any washing up while your away from home.

The bedroom features a stylish, super-comfy super-king size bed with high quality cotton sheets, feather duvet and pillows. There's a full length mirror and a wardrobe for all of your luggage. During the day there's a lot of light from the lovely large windows with views out into the park. We fitted black-out blinds and curtains to make sure you get a great night's sleep.

The living room is large and spacious with wooden flooring and gets lots of light throughout the day. We loved searching for furniture for the flat, the interiors are furnished with pieces inspired by mid century modern design with an emphasis on comfort with plenty of cushions and blankets so you can relax after a busy day. There's a dining table seating four people and two large comfy sofas for relaxing. We've got board games and a big bookcase full of books to keep you entertained, plus high speed internet and a top-quality projector for movie nights.

Both sofas fold out into sofa beds which we've made extra comfortable with mattress toppers, so no fear of a bad night's sleep. The window is fitted with a black-out blind and curtains so you can sleep peacefully.

The bathroom has a powerful electric shower as well as a bath so you can enjoy a soak if you want a relaxing evening after sightseeing. We will provide all of the towels, linens and toiletries for your stay so no need to worry if you forget the toothpaste!

Where you’ll be

Greater London, England, United Kingdom

The neighbourhood is very central, one of the best parts of London with lots to do and excellent transport links. We're in a quiet apartment block on a tree-lined street beside a park, but once you walk to the end of the street and look up at the Shard you realise you're right in the middle of London.

Along with the great travel connections, there are so many brilliant London attractions on your doorstep Borough Market, Tower Bridge and Tate Modern are all a short walk away.

Along with these famous sites, we've got lots of local recommendations. London is huge but you don't need to travel all the way across the city to experience it. The apartment is near to some of the best places to eat, drink and experience London like a proper Londoner - on the doorstep are excellent coffee shops on Bermondsey Street, Maltby Street Market for street food and some excellent traditional pubs for a pint.
