Located on the top floor of an iconic 60's modern "Mondrian" building, the 1 bedroom flat is located at the new pedestrian area, only 2min walk from the Central Station, Bourse, the fashion Dansaert Street and the majestic Grand-Place and Manneke Pis.
As the flat is on the top floor, the different spaces are very luminous. The location is unique as quiet inside, but very lively outside as it's located at the new pedestrian area of Brussels.
The boxspring of 160x200 bed will give you a good night sleep to attack the next day and night again.
The kitchen has everything you need to make breakfast, lunch, dinner and is equiped with a dish washer.
There is a practical bathroom as well a seperate toilet.
Everything in the flat is private and for use of the guests.
Just ring at doorbell BRULUX and then go the the 6th floor (push longtime the buttons of the elevator).
On the 6th floor it's the middle door of the 3.
There are 2 keys, a black badge that to get into the building. A big key that is to enter the flat. It's a strong door so if getting in difficult, pull with your left hand the handle and turn the key with your right hand.
Interaction with guests
24h reaction on your request is more than normal. Questions for where to go, what to do, which restaurant or bar, what train / metro to take, ... just let me know via (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN), viber, Airbnb or cell phone.
Other things to note
There are 3 supermarkets (2 regular ones, one with lovely and tasty Chinese / Japanese products). All 3 open 7days / week, all within 2 minutes walk.
J'attends des guests qu'ils aimeraient autant le quartier et la maison que moi et qu'ils prennent bien soin.
Le flat est non-fumeur mais naturellement il y a le balcon qui est accessible pour ceci.

I'm a young and dynamic woman, always up to see new things and meet new people. I've always travelled, discovered new places, visited all kind of museums and architectural places. Every few days I had I went to see friends all over the world.
Currently I work in publicity at strategy and planning of international advertisers, but want to share my experiences and open my home for people who would like to visit the city I love.
Originally I'm from Antwerp but live in Brussels since 15 years. So can give you all the tips about Brussels but if you feel like a trip to Antwerp, can give you all inside tips too. Looking forward in meeting you!
