I live in the desert state of Rajasthan in India. Rajasthan has a rich and colorful history, is considered the land of palaces, each with its own songs of battles and chivalry. Being born of the desert landscape, we take refuge in color, we harbor a peculiar love for the rain, and our unique fiery cuisine. Our family has a long tradition of being in the hospitality industry and we take great pride in caring for our guests.
