Your room is in its own section of the apartment, past the kitchen from the entrance. You have your own private room -- inside, a private bathroom and window. We decorated your room with hand painted artwork, and you can feel free to use the rest of the apartment (kitchen, shared bathroom, living room) and shared items at your convenience. The entrance, living room, and kitchen are all a shared space amongst the four other people who generally stay in their own rooms.
The building is easily accessible from the main street. Once you enter the building, you can walk up the stairs or take the elevator to the apartment. The other people that live here will usually not be home because of work, and you'll have the entire shared space to yourself during the day.
The room is a small, 6 x 10.5ft room with an internal bathroom that connects to that space. It can only comfortably fit one person and a small amount of luggage.
Kitchen, living room, a separate shared bathroom, laundry machines, shared closets, etc.
Interaction with guests
While most of the four guys that share this apartment will be away from home during the weekdays (working late), we are happy to help you navigate the upper west side. People in the building are also all very friendly if you wish to interact with them.
Other things to note
Your private bathroom and bedroom are a decent size, but it may be difficult to squeeze two people into the same room. We don't recommend this, but if you don't mind small spaces, and are willing to bring your own air mattress, we are happy to accommodate.
- We ask you to take your shoes off when you enter.
- Please arrive within the check-in time (6pm-1am). Late check-ins after 1am are not guaranteed and you may be required to find separate housing the first night if you are checking in after this. If we are able to accommodate you, there is a $50 Early/Late check-in fee.
Hi! I am a fellow AirBnB user who really enjoyed the places I stayed at while traveling. I decided it would be great to do the same with the home I'm living in. I like to play board games, see concerts, and eat tasty food. I am also happy to help other travelers navigate the city and make new friends while at it :)
