My experience was wonderful! Aziz's cousin was super helpful after I got lost on my way to Fes. Aziz even picked up the phone in the middle of the night and agreed to send his cousin to meet me and direct me outside the fes medina. Very incredibly helpful people and hospitable. They gave me details of the various activities they offer guests (like desert tours etc) The room was good, I was on the terrace room. Views were amazing. A word of advice for light sleepers though that you may want to avoid the terrace room if you want thorough sleep because: A. Theres a guest seating area on the terrace right outside the room where guests are likely to chat into the later hours of the night B. Theres a rooster that lives nextdoor that will unapologetically cockle-doo at 2 am and go on until 5:30 am. Very annoying None of these are in the hostel's control though so just make sure you bring earbuds if you wanna sleep!

Dar Rabha was easy to find, the location is really strategic at the gate of the medina. The room was clean and cosy, and the breakfast was delicious. Mehdi, Muhammad and the rest of the staff did a really good job to make our stay in Fes memorable.

Well renovated Dar with good atmosphere and pleasant clean rooms. Staff very helpful. Only problem was that Aziz did not refund me for the night two other people slept in my room.

Very nice place to stay, in a hostel kind of style. The staff came to search for us since we were staying in an other riad the night before. Very nice they came to pick us up there since in the Medina it is difficult to find your way. They also arranged a taxi transfer to the airport for us.

Interaction with guests

Aziz, the very kind owner of Dar Rabha, is always on hand to help with anything you might need. Speaking more than four languages, he is a great guy to talk to and get to know. He is sure to make you feel like part of his family during your stay in Fes.

About Aziz

I can speak several different languages. For music I like reggae and old Moroccan music. My favorite food is sushi but of course I love Moroccan food. My family and friends are the most important thing to me in this world. Taking care of the people in my life and helping those less fortunate is the reason I work so hard. I hope one day to live a simple life in the countryside.
