The location is great! Close to the stadium and restaurants, it was easy to get around just walking. For a group of adults though the space is a little crowded.

We stayed for the weekend for a Ravens game and the stadium is in walking distance as is theOrioles stadium. For tourists like us it was also walking distance to the Inner Harbor where there are a few attractions and restaurants. Accommodation was as described, only had one mino…

Edward was a good host and the place was great for what we needed! We had a group of six people and there was enough bed space for all of us. The rowhome is spacious and clean. I'd lived in Baltimore for years and never been to this area before. It's probably middle-of-the-road c…

I picked this place for my mom dad and brother to stay in for my wedding weekend. We wanted somewhere close to the venue, Baltimore Museum of Industry, but not too pricey since no one would be there too often since there was a lot going on. I would say the experience was so-so, i…

The house was clean and the owner is a nice person. We rented that house for group of 5 people for 5 days. During our 5 days stay we had some issues that I would wanted to know about before we rented the house: 1. There was no shampoo or body wash. 2. The fridge was barely worki…

Response from Edward:
Hi Victor, I'm sorry you were not completely satisfied with your visit. Regarding your concerns: 1) Had you notified us that the shampoo and body wash needed replacement we could have done so quite easily. I'm sure with 5 people it may have gone quickly. That was our mistake for not correctly anticipating your potential needs. We will definitely try to do better moving forward. 2) Upon inspection, the fridge seems to be in proper working order. Our cleaner found a case of beer that was ice cold. Not sure why there is a discrepancy between your legs xperienfe and what the cleaner found, but something we will definitely monitor. 3) We lay out two sets of towels for each guest to our home. As such there should have been 10 sets. Not sure if you needed more than that for your short stay but had you notified us, we could have made additional towoee available to you and your party. 4) The basement did get some water to the enormous amount of rain the Mid-Atlantic region has experienced these past few months. The issue was the water table for the entire city rising to way above normal levels thus affecting our home and causing the minor issue of water in a few areas of the basement. Unfortunately it coincided with your visit. Not much we can do about nature other than hope the future doesn't bring such large amounts of precipitation. Regarding the safety, our neighborhood is safe and we have professionals and families that live next to us and around the block. The neighborhood is diverse for sure but that is what we love about it.

Edward's place was very clean, comfortable, and convenient. We stayed with the whole family plus a baby, and it all worked out very well. It was close to downtown, had convenient parking, and more than enough sleeping and living space. The kitchen was well stocked with all the co…

This is a great house with lots of space to spread out in different bedrooms. We have two small children, and they were perfectly at home. In particular, the location of the house was perfect -- a great community, near a playground, in easy walking distance to all sorts of places…
