The space
An idyllic roadside 2200 square foot spacious bungalow with fur trees to the front hiding it and silencing it from traffic. Large parking area for several vehicles, front and rear lawns and panoramic views of the Towy Valley make this a peaceful retreat to unwind and relax. Large double bedrooms (2 with ensuite) and kitchen/diner with lots of natural light brings the outside inside, the gym will help you unwind and constant heating and hot water from the oil boiler means you always feel comfortable.

Guests can use all the house except 1 room marked PRIVATE, this will become a bedroom in due course, there is a large kitchen diner and large lounge with wide hallways, a reception area with 1 bedroom with en suite bathroom and a family bathroom. A vast parking area for up to 5 cars.

Other things to note
Llandeilo is a small market town just 0.6 of a mile away with market day being a Friday, it offers a host of pubs, restaurants, hotels and cafes in and around the town with the award winning Plough Inn (0.4 of a mile turning right from The Beeches). There are also beautiful nature walks such as Dinefwr Deer Park with the castle on top of the hill to visit along with neighbouring castles in Dryslwyn, Carreg Cennen in Trapp and Paxtons Tower in Llanarthne (a 5 mile drive). Other tourist attractions include Folly Farm, Cheddar Gorge and caves, Dolaucothi gold mines and Dan Yr Ogof caves to mention but a few of the places to visit in and around the area.

In the house please use the food waste container provided by the kitchen sink for food waste.
Only use the recycling bin in kitchen for metal/cardboard/paper/plastic only.
Please don't adjust the boiler as it's set to temperature, hot water is constant.

During your stay
I enjoy meeting and greeting guests when they arrive and when I can be available but if I can't I'm always available to give directions and explain how they can enter the property as mobile phone and wifi signal is excellent in this area. I only live next door so there shouldn't be any problems which can't be resolved easily.
