Elegantly designed with two real bedrooms plus separate living room. Perfectly located on the main Nevsky Prospect in the historical center and 5 minutes walk from main train station. Reliable high speed wi-fi and many amenities. Great service!
I offer a newly renovated, stylish non-smoking two bedroom, one bath apartment in the heart of St. Petersburg historical center, within walking distance of all the major tourist sites and 5 minutes from the main train station. The apartment is approximately 105 square meters or 1130 square feet with high ceilings. I'm not sure it qualifies as a feature, but the apartment has a long exposed natural brick wall with decorative lighting and some interesting artwork that really brings character to the apartment.
The apartmet is wonderfully and conveniently located on the corner of Nevsky Prospect and Pushkinskaya. Nevsky is the main street in the historical district and the focal point of all of St. Petersburg. Pushkinskaya is a charming side street with many cafes and restaurants and interesting historical architecture. The building is less than two minutes walk from two different metro stations, Metro Ploshad Vosstania on the red line and Metro Mayakovskaya on the green line. The neighborhood is filled with cafes, shops, bars, etc. There are several banks within 100 meters including the best exchange rate in the entire city. The largest shopping center in the city is next to the train station - 5 minutes walk.
The entrance to the apartment is from a very nice secured courtyard. The apartment is on the 2nd floor but there is no elevator/lift available.
The apartment can sleep a maximum of 7 adult guests as follows:
Large bedroom has a King sized (180 x 200) bed for 2 guests
2nd bedroom has a Queen sized (160 x 200) bed for 2 guests
Living room has a couch that opens to a double bed for 2 guests
Living room has a chair that opens to bed for 1 guest
The kitchen, like everything is else is brand new. It's large and features gas stove, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, full sized refrigerator, plus all cookware, plates, glasses, silverware, etc. I tried to think of everything that would be needed (toaster, kettle for boiliing water, etc.). Just let me know if you need something else.
The bathroom is stylish and divided (Russian tradition) into two separate rooms with the toilet in one room and tub/shower plus sink and washing machine in the other. It allows more people to use it at one time.
There are two flatscreen TVs in the apartment with about 35 channels.
Since there isn't a local phone line in the apartment, I provide an active mobile phone in the apartment at my expense. You are welcome to take it with you (and to call me anytime from anywhere).
There is high speed (35 mb)), secured wi-fi access in the apartment. All you need is the password which I give you at check-in. Of course, it's free.
Free parking is available in the courtyard. You will need to give me an additional security deposit for the remote control to the gate. Parking spaces are not assigned so there is not guarantee of a spot. Usually during the day it's no problem, but at night it can be difficult.
Lastly, the apartment come with me. :::: pause for comedic effect ::::: I'm a licensed tour guide and can help you with your visas, airport transfers, theater tickets tours, planning, restaurant and nightlife recommendations, etc. Feel free to ask me anything and I'll do my best to help you. I live a few minutes away and always availalble in case of any unexpected problems.
