We stayed for one night at Leila's flat after arriving from a 36 hour journey from NZ. The flat was a tonic.
For a family of four it provided a great location (5 mins walk to Piccadilly Line, and 9 mins walk to Kings Cross), good space at a very reasonable cost (when compared to both hotels and other AirBnB options).
Sure, some of the fixtures and fittings are a little tired, but make no mistake, this is a good place to stay, with everything you need for a comfortable stay.... Comfortable beds, big TV, light and bright decor, ikea furniture throughout, cooking facilities, central heating, good hot shower and "Location. Location. Location".
With Leila you will also get a good host. She was always quick to reply to our queries and provided helpful advice. She also made sure that we could check in early - which for us was essential because our flight was an early arrival. Overall we were left with the impression that Leila would be as helpful and supportive as she could be to make the stay at her flat enjoyable.
Anyone wondering whether AirBnB can be trusted should look no further than Leila's flat. Your booking will be honoured, and your experience will be positive.
