Four rooms on the first floor of Samantha's home form a self contained apartment: spacious and comfortable sitting room, renovated bathroom and kitchen and a quiet rear bedroom. Located along a pleasant and quiet suburban street, the house is an easy 15 minutes walk from Willesden Green Station. The wifi facility is fast and reliable. Communication with Samantha was excellent. She responds promptly to all emails. I enjoyed my week at Samantha's home and hope I might stay on another occasion.

We had a really nice stay at Samantha's place. The Appartement was cosy and had everything we needed, including hairdryer, towels, kitchen tools, etc. It was located close to the underground and the trains and there where plenty of little shops and coffeehouses nearby. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe and Samantha was a very caring host. We especially loved the electric blanket which kept us warm during the night☺️

I was very concerned after my booking for 1 month had been accepted to receive a message advising that, it was currently very cold in London and to bring plenty of warm clothing as the central heating would only be on for a total of 5-6 hours per day. With a Strict cancellation policy I would have lost 50% of my payment if I had cancelled. When I arrived, Samantha who is very nice and pleasant to talk to showed me around the flat and advised there was a small portable electric heater available that would heat up a room very well. Samantha very kindly showed me where the local shops were, lent me an Oyster card she was no longer using for transport and look me to the local mobile phone shop to arrange a sim card. Even though you are in Samantha’s home privacy is reasonable although the only key available to the rooms is one for the bedroom. The furnishings are adequate for the size of the rooms, apart from the bed that I found to be quite hard. The local high street is a 2 minute at most walk from the house, multicultural, with plenty of cafes, supermarkets, pubs and easy transportation links into London.

Response from Samantha:
We had a very cold snap in London with heavy snow forecast, so only right to let you know to bring warm clothes, especially coming from Australia. Six hours a day of central heating is on the generous side. Apartment is pretty clean, you were there a month, so dust etc accumulates. If you had a problem with it, you should have mentioned it to me.

Good residential location on lovely leafy street in Kilburn about 10 mins walk from Jubilee Line. Once on tube, very quick into central London. I stayed for a few day's work in London. The apartment is within Samantha's lovely house but self contained and private. A great combination of having privacy while also feeling like there is life elsewhere in the property! Samantha is a friendly host and I would definitely consider staying again.

Samanth is a wonderful, kind, generous host. Attentive yet gives total privacy. Though the apartment is inside her beautiful house, it is totally seperate, giving total privacy. The apartment is equipped with anything and everything you might need. I especially recommend going for relaxing, slowing down. Its ideal. This was a perfect stay with the best host. Thanks for everything Samantha!

Samantha's place was wonderful--it's a great location, vibrant neighborhood with great shops and restaurants and easy transport access to all of London. And Samantha was a wonderful host, easy and quick in communicating and extremely helpful with transit but also unexpected things like finding a seamstress! A great experience and would love to stay again.
