1) WiFi On-A bedroom with 1 queen sized bed with nicely fitted comfortable sheets. A Single Floor Mattress is provided that can be placed in master bedroom according to your own comfort.
2) A living room with a 40 inches television and a 3 seater sofabed. The sofa bed can be turned into a bed that can accomodate another 2 people. Pillows and blankets are provided, stored in the wardrobe.
3) A kitchen for light cooking. Microwave oven, fridge, induction cooker, kettle, plates/bowls, cooking pot.

The Condo comes with a comfort Queen sized storage bed and a sofa bed, spacious balcony and is able to host up to 4 guests. Extra thick floor mattress will be provided when booking is made for more than 3 guests.

The 1 bedroom condo with balcony is air-conditioned. Fully furnished 1 queen storage bed, thick floor mattress, a Private Bathroom, Kitchenette, Washer/Dryer, 3 seater sofa bed, Table, Chairs, 40 inches wall mounted TV and a walk in Wardrobe. WiFi is On.

Basic kitchen essentials such as electric induction cooker, electric kettle, microwave, toaster, fridge, pot, pan and tablewares/utensils are provided. Light cooking is allowed in the apartment.

The place and its surrounding are safe. Access to the building is via magnetic card & key and there is a lift in the building. The swimming Pool is on the second floor.

As we do not charge cleaning fees we expect our guests to help in the cleanliness throughout.

All AC/lights should be turned off when not in use and all rubbish need to be cleared at Refuse room upon check out with appreciation.

Our cleaning fees are S$20 per unit for guests who dun fulfill our House Rules. Loss of key card costs $100 for replacement. Please take care to safe keep and return to reception guard upon checking out.

We provide some spare towels thus please bring your own Towels for better personal hygiene

Place is really close to Aljunied Station. The only down side is that the main entrance of the condo is hard to spot so if one take a cab, you have to be very alert. Or just enter from the back carpark. Overall a nice stay and also, quite a comfortable sofa bed.

This has the potential to be a 5* airbnb, and I'm sure it will be in the next few weeks. Unfortunately we stayed in the apartment before it was really ready to be leased out. There were no pots, pans, plates or cutlery when we arrived. Danny quickly tried to rectify this but we had to do the whole week without any knives, and only one saucepan. There was no proper bedding for the spare mattress, and there was a small insect nest of some sort in the bathroom (quickly solved with insect spray). All these things can easily be fixed. The apartment is in a great location, check in/out was very flexible and the apartment itself is a good size for 2 people (not 4 as advertised). Great pool and gym on site.
