Central heating. Brand new power shower. Double glazed windows. Nice city views extending towards the sea. Wi-fi connection.

Guests have access to all amenities, including kitchen and bathroom facilities. Basic provisions (coffee, tea, sugar, soap, toilet paper etc.) provided. Clean sheets and towels will also be provided.

Hillside is a charming, lively area. The flat is located on quiet residential street within 5 minutes walking distance from The Playhouse theatre, The Omni Centre, Broughton Place and numerous restaurants, cafés and shops, including the famous Valvona and Crolla delicatessen and the Manna House bakery. The property is situated at the foot of Calton Hill, which offers stunning views of the city and the Royal Gardens.

There are several bus lines running along Elm Row (5 minutes away), including direct links to the airport. Waverley Train Station is within walking distance (10-15 mins). The nearest tram stop is 5 minutes away on York Place.

Nice quiet neighbourhood, double glazed windows keeps traffic noise down too. Good wifi signal. Pretty, cosy and compact. Has everything we needed for our trip to the fringe with lots of cafes, restaurants and shops nearby. Will book again.

Ideal location for those exploring Edinburgh. 10 min walk to centre. Orr even has his own tips about places to eat and drink. A decent size flat for the 3 of us on our stay. Beds are really comfy!!! The flat was clean and communication with Orr was easy. Highly recommended for a stay in Edinburgh

The flat is very walkable but off the main road - just by a block or two. Awesome locations close to city centre, shops and nightlife. Very neat, tidy, cozy and charming! Great host

We wanted a cozy house, and this house is cozy. Lovely wooden floors and warm, personal furnishings and decor. Be prepared for some walking or bus rides (on the very frequent buses.) Overall, a very nice place. You will be tempted to just hang out in the apartment, because it is so welcoming.

Since we were arriving late by train Orr scheduled for a friend to meet us with the key. Both stayed in contact with us during our travel to ensure that we received the key. The space was clean, safe, and inviting. Physically it is close to bars and restaurants; also within walking distance to Arthur's Seat and town. Definitely a nice place to stay.
