Interaction with guests
Either I will be there for your check in or somebody sent by me, and you´ll be able to access me during your stay.
Other things to note
On Saturdays there is a Organic Farmer´s Market at the Square with very nice fresh produce. There´s also a conventional big grocery store just 2 blocks away, as well as banks with ATM machines, drugstores, bakeries and very nice stores. All very close, a 5 min walk or less.
I expect people to be careful and respectful with the facility and leave it as you have found it upon your arrival. No pets allowed, no smoking either.
Arrivals take place between 4pm and 10pm. If you do get in earlier you will be offered the possibility to leave your belongings at the apartment from 11am onwards. However you will only have the apartment at your disposal from 4pm.
For any questions related to that, we recommend you to contact directly the person in charge.
For arrival outside the check in time mentioned above, you will be asked to pay an extra fee to the person who meets you: a R$ 70 fee after 10pm and a R$ 120 fee after 1am.
From Sept 1 2014, we will be renting long term only, please inquire about monthly fee.
