We had a great time staying with Egbert, his house is beautiful and comfortable. We got amazing breakfast in the morning, lots of tips and help to arrange our further stay in Yogyakarta. If you can book it, don't hesitate!

Absolutely fantastic experience. The place is lovely, and hospitality is absolutely exceptional. In an awesome neighbourhood in south yogyakarta. My parents stayed here longer after I left , and they felt so looked after and cared for. Noni made every possible effort to make their stay comfortable and enjoyable and they loved it. She explained how to get everywhere, booked transport, and made sure they had everything they needed. So considerate and kind. The other staff at yogya dreams are also lovely and very helpful. The place itself is clean and cool, with a lovely breeze coming through an open sitting area. Breakfast was great. The location here is excellent, in a buzzing part of yogyakarta with art galleries and cafes in close proximity, but the B&B itself is on a quiet street. We had a wonderful stay and very highly recommend this place.

A really great place to stay in an arty neighbourhood within walking distance of great restaurants, shops and sights. The hosts were really friendly and helpful, the communal space is great for relaxing and the rooms were clean and had everything you needed. Would definitely recommend if you want somewhere quiet but within close proximity of the hustle and bustle of Jogja.

We had an awesome time at Jogja Dreams. The house and room is nice furnished, everything necessary is available. Nonie (Egberts wife) is really lovely and was a great help while planning and organizing our stay in Yogjakarta. You Must try her javanese breakfast - it is really tasty. The only minor con: the room/house is a little bit sound-pervious.

This is a fantastic place to stay at. We were provided detailed arrival information and found the place easily coming from the airport. We were very warmly welcomed and felt immediately at home. The place is located in a quiet neighbourhood with many friendly people and small streets to explore by walking. Small art galleries and some superb restaurants are located nearby. We got lots of information about how and where to go to in Jogja, which gave us a special insight into the cities life. Egbert's place is highly recommendable and whenever we will go back to Jogja we are looking forward to stay there again. Thank you for treating us so nicely and for giving us a home far away from our home! Benji & Nicole

Egbert and his family are a joy to stay with. From the moment of arrival, we felt welcome and at peace in the guests' outdoor living space upstairs. Egbert is a fantastic host in that he can expand upon the history and culture of yogya to your heart's content. His wife is warm, hilarious, attentive, and willing to help make your yogya trip perfect (she must've spent over three hours helping us put a daily plan together for our 5 day stay!). No scams or commission here, just helpful local advice. Breakfast was always delicious and plentiful, both Indonesian and western food. The location is good, on a quiet street right off of the Main Street with restaurants, galleries and coffee shops. When walking, expect 15+ minutes to good spots. All the amenities you can hope for in Asia: good wifi, free coffee and tea, perfect A/C, clean living space, a hot shower, and free breakfast. This was our best Airbnb stay during our two month trip.

A very cosy B&B. Our stay was pleasant hassle free and was made comfortable with the warm welcome Egbert and family put in. For four of us (counting in the 15 months old infant) the room was small. We loved the open kitchen concept and are thankful it was made fully available to us. Breakfast was spot on and equally enjoyable. We had a local guide to help us find the place. Maybe Egbert will take our word and put a sign-board or alike outside their place. Will recommend to team of two adults looking for a comfortable stay with easy access to city.

We are a young family of four. Nonie is Indonesian, and formerly active in early childhood education. Since the birth of our two sons (now aged 2 and 4), she's devoting her time to the family, while managing our Jogjadreams Bed&Breakfast. Egbert, the Dutch born father and husband of Nonie, is active in arts & culture. He currently works as a culture and development expert.

We welcome you and look forward to sharing all that Jogja has to offer.
