Two days after booking, the natural disasters occurred and some of our group could no longer attend. I reached out to him to cancel and did not receive a response. Thankfully, we were able to find people to take their spots and he was accommodating in regards to letting us change the total number of guests. Once we arrived, check in was easy. However, we were never given a key nor any instructions. The place is bigger than we expected. There were 9 of us and we were comfortable. However, the place had a lot of dust and barely any dishes. We are students so we didn't mind. We were able to play music and have a good time. Great location. Close to bars and nightlife. He was also flexible with check-out time.

Excellent value for money The location is terrific. Close to two subway stations, a great market ( Marche Attwater) and bars and restaurants of Little Burgundy. The apartment is a bit knocked about by groups who don't respect their surroundings. But it is warm and spacious for groups of people. Fares is a good host who responded quickly to our requests. If you want fancy surroundings, pay up and stay elsewhere. We preferred to stay here and spend our money on going out.

We booked with place with the help of air bnb customer service after our initial air bnb was cancelled on us last minute. Our host was very quick to respond to any messages, and the air bnb was ready for check in with super short notice. This is a great place if you just need somewhere to crash with a big group of people. The parking is a great bonus, very spacious and the small outdoor space in the back was very nice. If you're looking for a beautiful apartment space to spend time in, I wouldn't recommend it (it is very spartan) but it suited our purposes and the sheets and towels were clean.

I went with a bachelor party of 7. The host was very responsive and answered any questions. The location of the home is great, it’s about a 15-20 minutes walk to Crescent St. The size of the house was great, we never felt squished. There wasn’t enough towels for all of us, also we had to buy paper towels, bathroom soap and dish soap. One thing this house needs: renovations. From the 2 different kinds of tiles in the bathroom to the kitchen countertop that looks like it was found in the garbage. The A/C unit is built into the kitchen door and has about a 4 inch gap that is filled with plastic shopping bags. I didn’t feel very safe leaving valuables in the house as it seems very easy to break into. The beds were advertised as queen size but we’re all double size. The futon shouldn’t count as a place to sleep as it seems broken and is very uncomfortable. Also I don’t know what the “cleaning fee” is for. When we showed up the house was fairly dirty (floors, sinks) however the beds were made and seemed to have fresh sheets. The shower was disgusting. There was mold on the grout and shower knobs. Also I think a $20 shower curtain would go a long way as the one here had multiple coloured stains of who knows what. Overall the experience was ok, the host was great and the size was perfect. It needs a good cleaning and renovations. For the price I paid I would not book here again ($1250 for a weekend). The biggest plus of this house is it’s location.

Place is okay but way due for renovations, only one parking spot available and only one set of keys which for a place with three bedrooms, is not enough Overall it was okay
