The house is in the heart of Marzamemi, in front of the marsh and a few steps from the beautiful Spinazza swimming beach.Laid out in Arab style, the house has three bedrooms with one bathroom, and an annex with a queen-size bed and a second bathroom.

The House of the Magnolia is unique because, even though it is in the center of town, it offers tranquility and privacy – as well as the option of participating in the vibrant nightlife.

The Villa is just lovely. There's a great outdoor area for warm evenings. All the bedrooms are spacious. There's a well equipped kitchen. It's a moment away from the heart of marzamemi and yet not noisy for the children in the evenings. The villa felt safe for our children. We could lock the outside gate and leave the doors open for them to run around and play. The Spinazza beach is a 5 minute walk. The host was easy to communicate with and very helpful. There's some great local beaches and villages to visit too. Great location. Beautiful Villa. Lovely host. We would definitely visit again.

We had a great stay at Gabriella's house. This is a beach house with a great patio and lots of space, more country-style than elegant, but well-furnished and comfortable. It was well-stocked with all supplies, and is close to some small stores in case you need anything. It is only 150m from the main parking lot ("di Diga") of Marzamemi, where you can just pay to park for your whole stay and come and go at will (they charged us €5/day). If you want to relax, and be close to several beaches and also just a few minutes walk from the piazza of Marzamemi and from the nearest beach, this is an ideal place.

We enjoyed our stay in this Sicilian home very much. After the first day, we felt like home. The patio is perfect for evening drinks, the sunsets from the terrace are spectacular. The house is well equipped, perfect for cooking fresh fish. And it is very close to ice cream shops, atm, good restaurants, public parking or atmospheric old square.

Fantastic house, nice private garden, close to the beach. But better beaches further south. By the canned tuna in oliv oil, it's excellent.

This is a good, basic holiday house in beautiful Marzamemi. Nice private courtyard to sit and eat. 2 minute walk to the water and 2 minute walk to town. Communication with Gabriella was easy.

Located perfectly in walking distance of 2 minutes to the sandy beach and the small lively village of Marzamemi. I'd recommend this house to everyone! Loved the house, the garden, the furnishing!
