*Preferred length of stay: 4month min starting in Sept*

Large furnished room in a 4 br spacious artsy loft with open kitchen.
Looking for easy to live with person. Getting along best with social people rather than introverts. We like to say "hi and how was your day". That's a very min imho. It also leads to a better overall atmosphere in the apt.
Access to the roof (1 flight of stairs up) w. great views of Bklyn bridge. Perfect to just chill.

PS: a cute black kitty lives here as well:)

The space
This cool and cozy room is a part of a 4BR loft, which is located in a historic Manhattan neighborhood. You can see Brooklyn bridge right from your window!
The room is equipped with a queen size bed, armchair, large closet, desk and chair. Bed linens and towels are provided. Washer in the apartment. WiFi included.
The common living room has two comfy couches. The spacious kitchen/dining area has everything needed(crockery, cutlery, cooking stove/oven) to cook a delicious meal.
Free WiFi and cable.
You will fall in love with the beautiful historic neighborhood!
Major subway hub is just steps away, the Fulton st station will allow you to commute easily to all parts of the city(A,C,J,2,3,4,5 trains). Near the waterfront park, CitiBike and NYC Ferry.
We split electric bills each month ($30-85 on average) depending on season.

IMPORTANT: For the eventual "one" month stay ONLY: Please note that from June 1st to Sept 30th 2021 there is an additional fee for the AC of $50/month that is to be paid upon arrival. Unfortunately with NY summer and most of us working more from home it is unavoidable. Thank you for understanding.

Where you’ll be

New York, United States

It's the South street seaport neighborhood. A great neighborhood that has the charm of smaller buildings even though we are a short distance from Wall street. All subway lines are available which is a very unique feature in NY as we are located at the last junction between Manhattan and Brooklyn.

New Yorker by choice! Originally from Paris, France. Have been here for a few years and this is my city! Love the energy but also happy with my quiet and restful artsy abode. I am on the creative side and that is reflected in my living quarters and lifestyle and choices to some extent. I love to travel, meet new people along the way but mostly I am keen on having good friends for the long term.
