A big room in a shared flat with one lovely flatmate. This is my own room that I rent on airbnb when I am away.

The space

I rent out my room in a shared flat when I am away. There is speedy Wifi, a kitchen, a bathroom, living room, and a balcony that you can use.

Guest access

You can use anything you want. We want you to feel like at home.

Interaction with guests

I will be there for any questions that you might have and I will be happy to tell you about some cool places to discover in Berlin. I will probably not be in town when you stay at my place, but you can always reach me by phone or messages!

Other things to note

If you are into architecture or design: The house was built by a very famous architect from the Bauhaus period, Bruno Taut. The outside and the stairs are still in the original design, it's all a class listed monument!

Jenny's place and her thoughtfulness are just WONDERFUL. After traveling for a week in many hostel like airbnb situations, to arrive in her BRIGHTLY lit, homey place, made me feel so excited, at peace, and taken care of. Though I didn't meet Jenny in person, her communication is wonderful, and you really get a sense of who she is. She also kindly set out her yoga mat for me me and my friend to use while we were there :) Which we did. Also, Jenny's roommate was just amazing as well!!!! Neukolln, for all those curious and wondering if it's the right place for you, IS indeed the most burgeoning area of Berlin at present. Artistic, walkable, interesting and diverse restaurants, and coffee shops... conscious... mixed with original east berlin cultural influence all throughout. As a woman, you'll walk one of the streets and feel like you're being looked at like that Doner kebab in the window whilst also feeling in communion and safe. It's got some grunge to it still. And i like it like that.

Jenny was lovely, and her place is wonderful! Huge room, great balcony, comfortable kitchen and bathroom. Minutes from both bus and train. Jenny herself was kind, made sure I had everything I needed, and that I felt comfortable to ask if I needed anything more. Also - I accidentally broke something (sorry again :)), and she was very very cool about it - made me feel it was no biggie. I definitely recommend both Jenny and her home.

Jenny is a great host! She wasnt there, but I really appreciated her fast and clear communication. She was super kind and extremely welcoming. The place is well situated. 5 min walk to a bus or train. It's about 20 mins to get to the center of Berlin via public transport. Neighborhood was quiet with lots of shops, restaurants nearby. The room is huge! The entire place is well decorated too. Her flatmate was super cool! Had a blast talking and chilling with her. Cozy bed, clean place, what more could you ask for?

Hi there!

I am Jenny, and I am renting out my own room on airbnb when I am out of town.

If you stay in my room, I won't be there, but I will make sure you have everything that you need and you can always reach my by message or phone.

If I stay at your place, I will probably be out and about most of the time and you can be sure that I will respect your space and belongings and treat them with care.

I speak German, English, and Italian.

I'm looking forward to meet you!
Jenny
