Gail is a wonderful host. From the moment we made contact, Gail's responses, were prompt and full of helpful information. We stayed here for two nights at the start of our vacation. Gail had coffee ready and waiting for us to just switch on, and the radio was also playing - after a day of travelling it was a lovely homely touch. The cottage is situated in a very quiet part of Moser River, was well equipped and was close to everything that we planned to do. Gail very kindly came to check in on us on our first night, and it was a pleasure to meet her. She also provided great information on local walks and trails.

Gail and Jurgen's place is a good place to stop on the way around a N.S. tour. We found the house to have what we needed but there was a slight hitch with the hot water, so we missed our showers on this pit-stop. Apparently there is a switch to the tank that was turned off. Given that this discovery didn't occur until around midnight, we were in no position to find hot water prior to departure in the morning. We accepted a partial refund from Gail to compensate for the inconvenience. All in all, it was fair and the lodgings were suitable otherwise.

Excellent hidden gem location!! If we could have changed plans we would have stayed longer. Beautiful area! Quiet and definitely a great value!! We enjoyed our conversations with Gail and Jurgen and they were very nice to provide lots of fresh fruit for breakfast. Spoty cell service in town but were able to find lots of spots in the house with service. Thanks again Gail and Jurgen!!

The location of Gail's property is just beautiful. Old growth apple trees the river and the night sky. Gail even left a night sky map on the table for star gazing something most of us city dwellers don't get a chance to do.

So glad to hear Pat enjoyed tripping the night fantastic at the wedding and I'm happy you enjoyed your stay! Thanks for being such great sports! :-) Chris said to bring your fly rod the next time; maybe he'll take you out in the canoe to some of his favourite spots!
