The space

Luxury 3-bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with balcony and stunning view of the Manhattan skyline. Light filled, roomy space with gorgeous kitchen with all the amenities. Clean, peaceful and convenient.

Two tandem parking spaces and street parking.

Located 4 miles from Times Square with multiple ways to travel in and out of New York City. (6 miles from MetLlife Stadium.)

Transportation to both is fast and easy. Bus right at our corner takes you to Times Square in 15-25 minutes.

PATH Train from Hoboken goes to: West Village, 6th Avenue & 8th Street, 6th Avenue & 14th Street, 6th Avenue & 23rd Street, 6th Avenue & 33rd Street (Macy's).

An Uber from the PATH train in Hoboken is about $7-$9. An Uber from Manhattan is about $40 (I took an Uber from JFK airport to home in late April and it was $117.)

The master bedroom has a queen size bed (Tempurpedic-style). One bedroom has a King size bed or two twin beds (depending on need). Child's room has 1-2 single beds (depending on need).

We also have an enormous L-shaped sofa which is great for lazing and sleeping too (1-2 people).

Beautiful kitchen with granite counter-tops and stainless steel appliances, including gas stove, refrigerator, ice maker, microwave and all the essentials.

There's a giant shower in master bathroom and a jacuzzi in the second bathroom.

We have central air conditioning.

There's a great park 2 blocks away, and a convenience store around the corner. There is grocery store 4 blocks away, a large ShopRite grocery store .8 mile away and a Trader Joes .8 mile walking distance.

Hoboken is directly under us with a convenient elevator to take you down (9th & Congress Light Rail Station). There's an enormous ShopRite (grocery store) right there.

We have WiFi and you can use my daughter's (very slow) MAC.

Staying here was fantastic, it was comfortable and welcoming. The view was incredible and the home easy to stay in. It was so easy to get into New York as the 123 bus was a 2 min walk away and ran regularly. Thanks so much Nancy for opening your home to us.

Canadian mom and daughter, moved to the Hoboken area from Greenwich Village in New York City.

We enjoy being so close to the city but out of the hustle and bustle, with lots of space and quiet, an astonishing view and a dead-end street.

We travel to the Toronto area often, and during the summer, spend time at the beach (Jersey Shore, Long Island and Rhode Island). Our good friends live in TriBeCa, so we are there often. We drive or take the PATH train into the city.

I work in advertising and social media. To get into the city, I take the bus into Port Authority - Times Square in the morning (the bus takes about 15 minutes). I can also take the Light Rail and PATH train or the ferry.

My daughter attended a Spanish immersion school and speaks and writes Spanish.

We have a cat (Mitzy) who would not be here while you stay. I have a Dyson vacuum and am a fastidious cleaner so all traces of Mitzy will be gone for your stay.

We have done two Home Exchanges (Barcelona and Phoenix) and, each time our guests have had a wonderful experience here. We've rented an Airbnb in Paris (right by the Louvre) and Cape May (New Jersey).
