Located in a quiet neighborhood of Jaffa, this comfortable house has a big quaint balcony full of natural light and a sunny outdoor garden. We're certain you'll feel like you're in a kibbutz guesthouse instead of the heart of Jaffa.
We're located off a bunch of main bus lines, and about a 12-15 min. walk from the Wolfson train station.
Something to please keep in mind: We are parents to a lovely toddler and 2 wonderful doggies.
A spacious yet cozy 88 square meter house with a large living room, a sunny balcony and a great garden. Located in the heart of Jaffa, you're just a few minutes away from the flea market, the beach and the old city. With plenty of bus lines around the corner and lots of free parking, transportation will be super easy.
From Ben Gurion airport:
The best and cheapest way would be to take the train to Tel- Aviv and get off at HA'HAGANA station (it takes about 20 minutes). From the train station you can take a taxi to our home - it's about a 15-20 minute ride.
Interaction with guests
Feel free to communicate for any suggestions or recommendations you may need to make your stay with us more fun and enjoyable.
Other things to note
As noted above, we are parents to a great kid and a couple of wonderful doggies. We also work full time. Meaning, the house may not always be as organized as we'd like. We've taken this into consideration when we priced the room. What you can count on is for your room to be clean as a whistle, with fresh sheets and towels, a clean bathroom and shower, and hosts that will always be there to help you find your way or just sit for a cup of tea.
No smoking inside the house please.
We are vegan, so please do not cook animal products in our house and thank you for respecting that.
I love travelling, I'll just get that out of the way now ;) It's one of my favorite things. I've been to a lot of places including India, Nepal, Mexico, Guatemala (LOVE), the US and a lot more.
I'm married to a wonderful guy, mom to a great girl, and owner of two cute dogs.
Fancy hotels are ok and all, but we'd rather be in a tent or a home travelling the less touristy route.
When I'm not travelling, I work in green building helping people make their homes better for themselves and the environment.
