Very central, well maintained, modern and functional. Perfect for two people with a set course to central London! Not a huge space which is quite cosy, but has all the essentials like a mini-fridge, en suite, bedding, locks, wi-fi, TV etc.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By reserving this Space/Room and using the space, you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions. We recommend that you print out or digitally save a copy of these terms and conditions for your documentation.

1. House rules and Guest obligations

a. No Parties or Events.
b. Only registered Guest can use the space
c. Do the dishes.
d. No smoking.
e. If you use fake tan, you must buy and use your own sheets.
f. Turn of lights and AC/Heating when out of the property.
g. No Pets.

2. Penalties
Any breach or breaches of the above clauses will incur individual penalties, which shall be paid on demand and without delay by the Guest who had reserved the Space. That registered Guest shall be responsible for any other person, excluding the Host, who has been allowed into the Space by the Guest.

a. If the Guest breaches clause 1b and has brought unregistered guests into the Space/room for more than 1 (one) hour, the Guest will be liable to pay a reservation fee for extra guests, at a rate of £6 (six) GBP for every extra guest, per night, that has stayed in the Space. For example, if the Guest had brought over 2 extra guests into the room for over an hour, and had repeated this action the next day, the Guest would be liable to pay an extra £24 GBP.

b. If the Guest breaches clause 1d and has smoked within the Space or indoors within the Property, the Guest shall be liable to pay £200 (Two Hundred) GBP, for every instance the Guest has smoked indoors within the Property or Space. This shall be deemed as an additional cleaning fee.

c. If the Guest breaches clause 1e, in not using their own bed sheets and has stained the Host's bed sheets, the Guest shall be liable to pay for the replacement of those stained sheets. This shall apply to pillow cases, towels and any other items which have been stained by fake tan. This shall be deemed as an additional cleaning fee.

d. If the Guest breaches clause 1g, or produces mess which is unreasonable, exploitative. improper or excessive, at it's option the Host may charge an additional £20 to £50 cleaning fee to the Guests total cleaning fee.

e. Tampering with surveillance equipment may incur a fee equal to a technician's fee for the repairing, resetting or re-calibrating of such equipment.


3. General

a. If any part of the Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unenforceable or illegal it shall not affect the other parts, and if the Terms and Conditions would be wholly valid, enforceable and legal (and would still give effect to the commercial intention of the parties) were that part deleted, that part shall be deemed deleted.

b. The Guest irrevocably promises not to make false reviews as a result of these terms and conditions, or by the manner in which the Host has enforced them.

c. Any surveillance footage or evidence are automatically deleted after 1 week of capture, except where such evidence is relevant to a dispute, an investigatory or compensatory case undertaken by Airbnb, criminal activity or anything the Host reasonably believes important for the security of the Property.

d. The Terms and Conditions, and any and all disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation (including but not limited to non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the law of England and Wales.
