My townhouse is located in a fairly quiet cul-de-sac in a residential area of Frederick.
The room has a full-sized bed and is located on the top floor of a 3-story townhouse at the end of the block.
Wi-fi is available throughout the house.
Private bedroom on the top floor of my townhouse, comes with a television, small desk and a full-sized bed. The bathroom is across the hall, but you will be the only one using it, so you can leave your items in there if you wish.
There is also a washer and dryer located in the hallway which you are welcome to use.
I have a home office (where I work) next to the bedroom.
The Master Bedroom is located on the same floor at the other end of the hallway.
You will have full access to the kitchen and living room as well as dining room as you please.
You may also use the washer/dryer (also on the 3rd floor).
Parking is available on a first-come first-served basis based on available spots in front of the house. If there are no spaces available, there is on-street parking available on Schaffer St.
Interaction with guests
I work at home, so I will almost always be here during the day, unless I am running errands. Feel free to ask me any questions you have or just keep your door closed and I'll get the hint.
Other things to note
There is no curfew so you are welcome to come and go as you please. You will have your own access code for the front door (no key). Please let me know beforehand if any guests will be joining you.
Please no smoking inside the house. Outside is fine, just please dispose of any trash properly.
Parking is off-street, but on a first come first served basis. There are parking spaces around the community and several in front of the house.

i'm a software developer living in frederick, md (USA) near washington, dc. i'm fairly laid back and low key. i enjoy hanging out with friends and spending time with my partner of 15 years.
in 2013, i decided to break away from my comfort zone and we spent 3 months visiting 7 countries around europe. i met many great people (including hosts i met on airbnb) and am very excited to explore new places in the future.
