Most of the time I will be there to meet my guests but will not be at the house during their stay. I do inhabit the house on weekends when I don't have guests.

My house is on a quiet street in the small town of Riegelsville, PA. There is a wonderful market around the corner where you can get homemade entrees, and soups, fresh salads and sandwiches and a friendly greeting. The Riegelsville Inn is a lovely place to go if you want a drink or a full meal.

We stayed at Karen's house for a friend's wedding weekend in the area. The check-in process was extremely easy and the house was much larger than the photos indicate. It was also great to be able to walk to a nearby deli. We enjoyed the outdoor space and the size of all of the shared areas (kitchen, dining room, living room). Only thing I'd change was having more than one full bath, which is doable but requires coordination. Well-stocked with towels and linens. Thank you, Karen!

Karen's place is a treasure. The pictures understate the size of the rooms and the yard. The house is full of character. The location is quiet yet walking distance to a few restaurants including the riegelsville inn. Great for a day trip to New Hope or an escape from the city. Karen is a welcoming host with excellent communication. Highly recommended!

Great location and lots of room for many guests. Also very good for pet owners, fenced back yard and plenty of private outdoor space. Karen was very responsive to all of our needs. It has everything you may need. Close to many good eateries also.

The pictures do not do it justice - both inside or outside. Inside- super spacious with high ceilings. Great kitchen, bedrooms etc. No central air, but window airs in every room made it very comfortable. The real treat was the back yard - whoa. No big but fully fenced in and super private. Beautifuly landscsped with a deck and good amount of grass. Only negative is that there's only one full bathroom (+2 half bathrooms). So if you come with 5 friends...You'll need to coordinate showers.

Lovely home full of charm with a really nice backyard area. We stayed the night after tubing down the Delaware river and walked to dinner at the Riegelsville Inn. We would stay again!
