The Location of the flat is brilliant. Communication with Annie is fine. The small flat was perfect for is. Archway is five minutes away, Whithington Stone Pub is great and cheap. We didn't use the little terrace... the view was nice, however. Park nearby and Hampstead is great. Thanks a lot.

We came to London for my birthday and we're not disappointed. This little flat was the perfect place for us, serene and comfortable but close enough to the hustle and bustle of the city. We had a lovely trip, and would return again.

Annie was very easy to keep in touch with and her flat was wonderful. The terace is like a secret garden, we loved it! And the check in was easiest ever!

Annie's place truly is charming! We enjoyed our stay very much. Everything was easy, neat and just beautiful. It was easy to relax on this little paradise - and also easy to pop out to experience wonderfu London.

My daughter and I had a marvelous time in London and felt very comfortable in Annies flat. Thank you Annie, for leaving everything so special for us! It is indeed a sweet home for two people and the fantastic balcony made us feel as if we had a little garden :) The close tubestation made sightseeing very easy and comfortable. Nice little stores and restaurants close.

Very nice and cosy place, the balcony full of beautiful plants is a real 'plus' in London. Only 20mns from the city center, the peaceful atmosphere was very much appreciated after busy days. Annie was a terrific host, we did not have the chance to meet her in person but she was available to answer our questions and once in the flat everything was well explained, thank you for your kindness..

Annie's flat was a brilliant find. It was warm and comfortable, and the kitchen is a treat. The balcony is a lovely place to linger when it's sunny, and the plants and flowers give it such a nice feel. The neighborhood is quiet. Annie was so helpful with her instructions, and she left some things for breakfast in the fridge for us (which we greatly appreciated). We had a great stay in Annie's flat. Thanks again.

I am a painter and I live with my family in Herefordshire. This is our London flat and we have spent many happy hours doing it up and decorating it. We have really enjoyed filling it with things we love such as our collection of African Kuba tapestries and some of my paintings - as well as my husband John's ceramics. Not only is John the potter, but he is also a cook and a gardener. The abundant balcony is testament to his passion; as is the smeg gas cooker, and state-of-the-art coffee machine.
It is a very cosy and tranquil flat, and we've found it a wonderful place to come and go from into the busy delights of London. We hope you enjoy staying here as much we do.
