This is a charming B&B with wonderful hosts, comfortable rooms, and a great breakfast in the morning. Very easy to sleep in the quiet surroundings, and fantastic views of the mountains in the distance. We would definitely stay here again.

Pauline and her husband run a warm, welcoming B&B. Not only did they provide a lovely room and delicious breakfast, they were so kind and supportive of our daughter who was there for a musical competition. They could not have been nicer. Our only regret is that we could not stay longer. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful house, easy to enter and with signs on our door telling us it was our room. Everything was clean (and very comfortable bed!) and we loved the large great room and back porch for looking out over the huge yard with the white mountains in the distance. Breakfast was great too! We'll definitely be back!

Pauline and her family were incredibly gracious hosts, even going so far as to take our young kids to the chicken coop for fresh eggs (which were delicious the next morning for breakfast!) The guest house was spotless and comfortable with a pleasant common area and a large lawn with a beautiful mountain view where the kids could play soccer and pick apples. We'll definitely be coming back.

My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pauline's house. As a host, she was friendly, well-prepared to answer any questions we had about the surrounding area and an amazing banana pancake cook. The description of her house was accurate and we would definitely stay again if we are ever in the area.

It was better than we could have imagined! We loved our room, it was very clean and spacious with our own private bathroom and TV. The view from the patio was probably my favorite part. We got to eat our wonderful breakfast Pauline made us out on the patio as the hummingbirds were flying around us. We also saw deer grazing through the backyard. Beautiful view of the mountains from the patio as well. It just felt so peaceful there! It was perfect! You are only about 15 minutes from lots of beautiful local sites like The Fume Gorge, The Basin, hikes, Tramway ride up Mt. Cannon. Plenty of local restaurants within a 15 minute drive. Towns of Littleton (north) and Lincoln (south) are the biggest towns nearby. Fishing, kayaking, renting bikes, hiking in the area. We really wanted to see a Moose, but didn't get lucky in the 24 hours we were in New Hampshire, but they are a common sighting in the state. If you go in the Spring you might even get to see some black bears from a distance, don't worry they keep to themselves. Pauline was very welcoming and helpful in suggestions of where to go nearby. If I make it back to New Hampshire I would absolutely come stay here again. It was just the perfect place to stay! If we would have visiting in the fall or winter, we definitely would have taken advantage of the fire pit out back or the fire place in the main living room area.

Overall the experience was great. The house is clean. Private bathroom. Pauline and Tom were very friendly. View is spectacular, area is quiet and relaxing. Breakfast was good, especially the french toast and the pancakes. Tom and Pauline went above and beyond to make us feel home. I definitely recommend to others and would go there again!
