Wonderful place! Panoramic views, beautiful terraces and garden! Vineyard, olive trees and a huge thuja, all very nice. Well-equipped kitchen. Near the beach (10 min walk) and a good pizzeria. Or 5 minutes by car to the beautiful private beach of "Eco del mare". Lerici is 10 minutes by car. If you're driving, be careful in the summer in Lerici, a restriction on entering the ZTL, which is controlled by cameras. In the port you can buy fresh seafood. Great place to stay with the child! If you have questions, Roberta instantly responded. Thanks for the great welcome and we will definitely be back! Ciao!

My friends dubbed Roberta’s house Tellarodise and indeed it is a garden of eden. Roberta was a lovely host, and it was also a pleasure to meet her father and brother. She met me, explained the house, and was always responsive to my needs (mostly some internet hiccups, happily resolved). The house is a delight--the kitchen most workable and the bed very comfortable. And that incredible terrace! I spent a lot of time there. Accessed from the bedroom, it offers a gorgeous view of the golfo and, straight ahead, Portovenere, especially beautiful when lit at night. Don’t forget to look up at the stars. Or you might chase the shade going from sitting area to sitting area. My favorite was the swing under the grape arbor; before I left the first grapes had ripened. This is a place to settle into. It’s at the beginning of town so a lovely walk is built in to get to the center and the old town (for morning orange juice at delle Ondine and delicious things to eat at Marina and Marco’s shop). Follow the twisting streets to the marina with a terrific bar (La Marina) and restaurant (Red Fish) as well as two swimming areas, and a walk along the rocky esplanade. (There’s also a stairway path off the main road that leads directly to the marina; it’s just beyond the vegetable store on the right.) Closer to home, Scalinata Shelley, which leads to a small beach, is just 5 minutes by foot; if you walk a few minutes more you arrive at the larger beach in Fiascherino. The walk to Lerici over the mountain via the abandoned village is easy and interesting; the path starts opposite that stairway to the marina; look for the red/white markers. There, you will be amply rewarded by gelato at Cono o Coppa, a swim off the molo, and the stand for buying mussels and vongele or clams for dinner fronted by three dock-side bars. If Roberta has yet to write down some Helpful Hints, ask her about garbage/recycling and the driveway lights. I spent 6 wonderful weeks in Tellarodise and plan to return. Go!

Roberta is a great host! And her little house is so cute! We loved it! The garden is huge, we had so much space to hide easter eggs ;-) and it's in walking distance to a little, nice beach. Tellaro itself is a wonderful little village, not so touristic like Cinqueterre neighbourhood, with delicious restaurants, cafes and friendly people. This place is highly recommended!

Very well stocked house, very welcoming host! Much more than we expected since the property around the cottage was huge and very private.

The experience was good, but not great. This is maybe partly because it was extremely hot when we visited Roberta's place. Because of the weather there were millions of mosquitos. The house is small, but this also makes it cosy. It is near to the sea, which is really nice. There are some restaurants maybe 200 meters away where the food is delicious! The yard is beautiful and big, with a lot of different sitting corners. A little thing that wasn't clear to us untill we arrived (maybe we didn't read the description right): there is one double bed, and that's really it, the couch is a sleeping couch, which is fine, but more beds we didn't find. So the place is most fit for two persons, four is doable as well, but the house gets a bit small than. The outside shower is absolute heaven! And the hosts are very nice and caring. Last but not least: for us as students this was a bit expensive for what you get.

We stayed at Robertas house with our family of five (three childern aged 0, 2 and 7) for 12 wonderful and sunny days. The place was perfect for us. Although the house itself is small, all the space around the house was a sufficiend compensation: in the evenings you can enjoy the terrazza with a beautiful view of the sea, during daytime you can choose between two seating areas, one under the winetrees and the other roofed next to the house. There was plenty of space for us adults to relax and for the children to play. There is a washing maschine and an outdoor shower with hot water (this is wonderful with children as the bathroom itself is small). The equipment of the house was basic but totally sufficient; there is even an outdoor cocking space! The car parking space in front of the house is a great advantaged as it usually is difficult to find a parking space in the Lerici-Tellaro area (actually you are not allowed to park your car in Lerici and you are only allowed to drive through the town on weekdays). Tellaro itself is a beautiful, quiet little village near Lerici with very nice small beaches (one is only 500 metres away from the villa). The only disadvantage is that there is no wifi (till now) - but there are a few places at Tellaro where you can use the wifi. Roberta provided us with an extra bed, a changing pad and an extra seat for our little ones. Thank you for that! And thank you for having us in your house!
