Just six miles to MetLife Stadium, and just across the Hudson River from NYC, our apartment is conveniently adjacent to numerous transportation options for getting to Super Bowl festivities in the city and at the stadium quickly and easily.
A little over 1,000 square feet, the apartment has two proper bedrooms, one with a king-sized bed, and the other with a queen. There is a spacious living room (with a couch that is also very comfortable for sleeping), dining room and large eat-in kitchen, and one bathroom. We do also have a full-sized air mattress should you need an additional bed (though we are insisting that six people is the maximum number).
We decided to make our apartment available to out-of-town football fans because we have family nearby, with whom we could easily stay, and we wanted to offer the opportunity to enjoy the celebration without getting fleeced. Unlike many others gouging last-minute attendees with exorbitant rates for apartments (or just rooms) not particularly well-suited to this event, we are offering our place for a price we believe is fair — enough to make it worth our while to clear out, but not so much that any other weekend should really get you a suite at the Ritz (like so many others are doing, as you have no doubt discovered). And if your plans are to come for the full week, we will do so at a slightly reduced flat rate of $7,000. (We are willing to offer a Sunday before-the-game arrival to the Monday-after departure, but if you have different days in mind, we may be able to accommodate.)
Other things to note
One small warning, we have both a dog and a cat, which of course we will be taking with us when we vacate for your stay, but we did just want anyone who may have severe allergies to animals to know, because while we intend to have the apartment thoroughly cleaned prior to your arrival, obviously there is no way to fully eradicate pet dander entirely.)
