Stay warm and cozy in our 3-bedroom home, with great views of Rocky Mountains. Bedrooms are downstairs, upstairs is open with a vaulted ceiling and a wood stove. You're on the edge of Frisco, and minutes to 8 ski areas! 3-night minimum, please.

The space

Our house is a home-made, environmentally-conscious Rocky Mountain retreat. You can read about our home at the website "yourecofriend". We border hundreds of acres of National Forest, and are located on the recreation/bike path on the outskirts of Frisco. A beautiful home-base for summer and winter outdoor activities, and a walk from Frisco's historic "Main Street to the Rockies".

Guest access

When we're on vacation, you get the house. (Next special is the holidays) The garage becomes owner storage, but there's ample parking in the driveway. You get unlimited outdoor access.

Interaction with guests

We're available anytime by cell phone (text) and email.

Other things to note

The front entrance is up a set of outdoor stairs, and may be difficult, especially in the winter, for elderly individuals or those with mobility challenges.

Great location for a ski trip. Close to downtown and close to the mountains. Dog friendly and right off the trails. Guest cabin is a great little feature for extra guests. Driveway was snow covered and steep but the subarus had no issues getting in and out.

We absolutely loved the cozy mountain eco home! It was big enough for everyone to have their own space and relax, but small enough to get a good visit in with family. Beautifully built and amazing views!

Our time together at Kim's cabin was wonderful! We had an adult ski vacation in the Frisco area and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The house was even nicer than we expected. It was so quiet, and warm. The ladies that were with us were very impressed with the heated floors and the living / fireplace area was a perfect place to fellowship and chill after a day of skiing. They had the house perfectly setup for our stay. The wood burning stove was ready to go, along with the rest of the house! It is located very close to Frisco main street, but away from all town noise. The were no surprises with our stay… the house was even better than the pictures and description portrayed…. I definitely recommend the home, and I know that all that were with me would agree as well!

I'm a native Coloradan, and my husband, Justin, and our two kids live in Frisco. We run a naturopathic medical clinic right in town, and have enjoyed the surrounding area for over 10 years. When we're not working, you'll find us biking, camping, kayaking and rafting in the summer, and skiing in the winter.
We also enjoy playing and listening to music, and we get to as many bluegrass festivals as our schedule allows.
We love Frisco for its small town, friendly charm. Although Frisco has easy access to 6 ski areas, it is quieter and less crowded than some of the neighboring towns. We feel very fortunate to have a home that borders National Forest and the beautiful 10-Mile mountain range.
We enjoy sharing Summit County's beauty... we know you'll love it!
