Our warm and comfortable one bedroom apartment has an open, and spacious living space and private entry. Located in Denver's top neighborhood, it is a 1.1 mile walk, bike or ride to central downtown and less than a mile to city attractions.

No car needed, this is the best location in Denver. Buses run every 15 minutes and B-Cycle rentals are across the street. The neighborhood is far enough from the music scene to be quiet and peaceful, but it is also close enough to walk everywhere. two doors down from my house, there are seven restaurants, a small pub, a 7-11 and a bakery. There is a Starbucks and Einstein bagel shop two blocks down and B-cycle rentals across the street. Traveling Nurse? St. Joseph's Hospital, Denver Children's Hospital, and St. Luke's Hospital are all within two blocks of the house.

This house is located in the center of Uptown and on Restaurant Row. It very close to everything in downtown Denver. Great value for the location. Walk out the front door and two doors down and you are at Restaurant Row. At your feet are seven restaurants and a casual bar. Within one block distance are new restaurants, a 7-11, Qdoaba, Starbucks, Einstein Bagels, coffee shops, more bars, and shops. All of this is nestled in a neighborhood setting with wide tree lined sidewalks and bike paths.

Our neighborhood is officially City Park West, but is also called North Capitol Hill, Uptown, and Whittier Heights. We are adjacent to Downtown, Capitol Hill, the Central Business District CBD, Five Points, Central, Cheesman Park, Congress Park, Curtis Park, Baker, Lincoln Park, and LoDo.

This apartment is in the Perfect Denver Location. Central to everything, you can walk one mile in any direction and reach Major Denver attractions. Our house is in a quiet tree lined neighborhood. It is just two doors down from Restaurant Row, which is one of Denver's fastest growing, hippest destinations. With-in one block of the house, there are seven dining restaurants, a bakery, pubs, and fast food restaurants, and a 7-11. Walk just one more block and double your choices for food, coffee shops, Starbucks, shopping, and entertainment. Looking for local entertainment, the Denver nightlife is centered about 6 blocks from the house. Close enough to walk, but far enough that our neighborhood remains quiet. With-in one block of the house, there are at least seven dining restaurants, a bakery, a pub, a desert bar, and fast food restaurant, and a 7-11. Walk just one more block and double your choices for food, coffee, shopping, and entertainment. Looking for local entertainment, the Denver nightlife is centered about 8 blocks from the house. Bike rentals are available across the street from our house and all over the city, from Denver's state of the art B-Cycle program. Rtd bus stops are convenient and go to the center of downtown every 15 minutes. The bus going in town is 2 blocks from my house, and the bus leaving town stops one block from my house. Walk or ride one mile to 16th Street Mall, the Tabor Center, Larimar Square, lower downtown Denver Nightlife, the Culture Centers, Museums, City Park, the Zoo, the Denver Convention Center, and 1.5 miles to the Colorado Rockies and the Pepsi Center. Short cab ride to everything.

Walk to City Park or Cheesman Park. The Denver Botanic Gardens, Denver Zoo, Museums, the Civic Center, and the City Capitol Building, all within a mile or less. Walk 1.5 miles to Denver Center of Performing Arts, the Rockies Stadium. Two miles to Elitches- Six Flags Amusement Park, the Aquarium. The Merchandise Mart is 5 miles away. Red Rocks and Golden are about 25 miles.

This apartment offers accommodations for up to 2 adult guests, with 1 queen bed. The apartment has one closet, a full bath and kitchen, living room and dining room. Coffee, tea and filtered water. Linens are not provided for long term renters, more than 30 days, but are available for a usage fee upon request.

This apartment has a comfortable living room with a leather sofa, fireplace, and TV. Wifi, and an Ipod dock/alarm clock are provided. Enjoy our tree lined street and people watch on the front porch in our wicker loveseat.

Guest access

Guests have access to the apartment and the laundry room in the basement of the house. We have coded locks on our doors, so check-in is at your leisure, anytime after 4pm. The laundry room has an outdoor entrance, and from this apartment there is also a separate indoor entrance. The front porch is shared among guests, but it is most easily accessed from this apartment. The back yard has lawn furniture with a table and chairs. Parking behind the house is available for a monthly fee. All off street parking is on a first come first serve bases, three spaces shared between four apartments. There is also, free public parking available of the street.

The host welcomed us with a message with information before our arrival and a booklet in the living room with all the information we needed for our stay like the door code and wi-fi password. The neighborhood was clean and quiet. Numerous restaurants and bars are within a block or two. The apartment is also a short ride to places downtown like the Pepsi Center. The apartment was clean, warm, nicely decorated and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was stocked with plates, silverware, cups, and cookware. This is place was awesome. I would highly recommend it. Thank you, Jeanne and Juve.

About Jeanne

We live in Colorado and enjoy the outdoors. We love to hike, ski, swim, garden, camp, and cook. We travel as much as possible and usually end up in the Yucatan or the Colorado mountains. Denver and the Rockies are spectacular and keeps getting better year after year.

Our house has been in our family for two generations, and will someday be passed down to our children. In the mean time we are enjoying sharing it with our guests and hope that you decide to give it a try. It really is in the perfect location, close to everything and easily accessible to the mountains. Se Habla Espanol.
