During your stay
Once the booking is made, we reach out to the guests and send the check-in details to our guests 12-24 hours before your arrival. We mandatorily talk to our guests before check in. We do also send out check-out details. Someone is usually present while your check-in. If we are not, we will let you know. We are Cambridge people and we are usually around. We have clearl set of rules that every guest staying needs to know before checking in.
