Come enjoy the Cape in our clean, comfortable home. We are 0.9 miles from beautiful Craigville beach, and very close to local shopping, restaurants, and attractions. After a day of fun, come home and relax with a delightful outdoor shower and eat dinner on the deck.
Our home is in a family neighborhood on a quiet street. We welcome guests who respect appropriate noise levels. (not a party house) Unfortunately, we cannot accept college students.
No smoking anywhere on the premises
The space
The home is a typical Cape Cod ranch (one level). There are front and back yards, and a large deck in the back with table and chairs for 6, and umbrella.
Outdoor shower is available in the warm months.
Guest access
All of the home is for guest use, except the basement (unfinished), and garage.
Other things to note
We have Wifi. Our TV is streaming (Sling), with a Roku. There are many channels, but our location only gets NBC for major networks (not ABC or CBS).
