If you're looking for a small and simple place near public transportation, stores and restaurants while still in a quiet area; Roman's apartment is made for you. Basic stores and restaurants are less than a 5 minute walk away. Main downtown tourist area and shops are about a 20minute walk away. Pocket wifi was great, we really appreciated having it. There is an elevator in the building which helped with all the luggage that we had. Not sure how often and thorough the place is cleaned but the floors and shower room could use a little more love. Balcony had a lot of old cigarette buds but I'm sure it could be from the apartments higher up. Bring your own towels as only 2 small ones are provided. Overall, id recommend romans place to future Osaka travellers looking for a affordable, reliable and convenient place!

Roman's place is literally 10 seconds' walk from the subway station, which makes it very convenient for us. The room is small but enough for two people.

Todo perfecto ! The place was tidy, located 2 subway stops from JR Namba station (15-20 minutes walk). Román is a very interesting person that has a lot to tell. The washing machine was very convenient. Communication with the host was perfect. There is a supermarket nearby called Kohyo : the pains au chocolat there are delicious

Everything's good except maybe it could use a bathroom mat (tried looking for it but couldn't find one). Right next to a subway station so location wise its perfect. Wee bit dusty, but not a deal-breaker, we loved the place!

Good location but the room is dirty and dusty. I believe they did not clean the room before I come but the host said they had. Small room barely for 2ppl. Don't recommend you book if you have 3 ppl or above. My kid had to sleep on a mattress that was put on floor. The lights in bedroom was out of order on Sunday. They helped me fix it next day.

Hello! I am Roman, and this is what I do:

I'm part of a team working in real state for years.
My responsibilities are the Airbnb activites. I manage the profile, guests relations, bookings, inquiries, etc... so I have the wonderful chance to meet you and share part of your time in Osaka.
I'm also in charge of maintenance and cleaning staff. Hence, if you ever find something to report, I'm the one you need to talk with.

You can also may have the chance to be assisted by Uri, one of my coworkers, who is in charge of some of the apartments. He's a great person, young, full of energy and knowledge.

I consider myself an open minded, and interested-in-almost-everything person.
I like travelling, and I did it a lot, so I understand how important is to find friendly people and a home all around the world.

I love taking photos, so I do it as a freelance photographer sometimes. I prefer social photography, and the human being is my favorite subject. Well, and landscapes. And cityscapes...

Since I'm living in Japan, for 6 years now, I practice Kendo. I like experiencing the traditions of this country while cultivating my body and my mind. There are a lot of interesting things to learn from Kendo. If you want, I can take you to my dojo and you can see by yourself how is this wonderful Japnese martial art.

I'm also a very accesible person, always ready for a chat and also for having a good time. If you wanna know more about the city or the Japanese society, or the best sushi place, just ask me!

I really hope to offer you a nice time here in Osaka.

See you!!
