Come enjoy the farmhouse charm of our guesthouse, seeped in history with touches of old mountain memories.

The space
Our farmhouse was built around 1860 by a free African-American man and his son, who was attributed to having done most of the masonry work in downtown Sevierville in the 1980's. The guesthouse was the original pump house with a modern addition added on to make the entire suit, consisting of 351 sq ft. Upon entering the unit, you'll find the sitting room and kitchenette, then walking through to the comfy king bedroom and finally the bathroom which boasts a skylight, brass sink and faucet, a claw-foot tub and newly tiled floors.

The kitchenette adjacent to the sitting room is stocked with continental breakfast, fresh fruit, a small vintage inspired fridge. Always with clean dishes and utensils.

Enjoy nights stargazing by the large fire pit near the apple trees. It’s so quiet here it makes for the perfect place to enjoy good company with friends.

There is a brand new Food City just 3 miles from us, Walgreens is 4 miles and a Subway, Dollar General and two convenient stores is just a mile a way.

We are just 10 min from downtown Sevierville. On the way to our house is a Walmart Neighborhood Market, several dollar stores, and then the new Food City is just 3 min before you get to our house.

We’re an convenient 20 min drive from Tanger Outlet Mall and Super Walmart.

And just 35 min Gatlinburg and the National Park.

Ask us about easy backroads to avoid Pigeon Forge traffic during Rod Run!

Guest access
Guests may access the entire guesthouse and patio, the summer garden, apple trees, fire pit, and the entire of the acre of land.

Other things to note
We have plenty of parking available, and motion lights make finding your way easy if you are planning to check-in after dark!

Also, the bathroom has a wonderful clawfoot tub, but at this time it is not setup with a shower fixture.

My wife and I are celebrating 45 years of having a blast together, and I wouldn't want to be married to any other beautiful soul but hers. We spend our time ministering the Word of God together, teaching classes on the benefits of healthy living, and enjoying our large, busy family.
