The Lookout is a spacious, open plan villa with a tall, round tower looking out over the eastern Mediterranean. For swimming, a secluded, warm sandy cove is a fifteen minute walk away (or a 2 minute drive) - or a private 8x4 pool in the large garden
The Lookout is one of only a very small number of new buildings in Kayalar, and is part of a beautiful private development, set in 1000 square metres of garden. The garden is not really overlooked - there are neighbours, but they are a good distance away, and there is also a hedge between us and them. The garden looks out on the med to the north, an olive grove to the west and the Kyrenia mountain range to the south.
The villa includes pretty much everything you will want or need, such as:
Swimming pool (8mx4m)
Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher
Air conditioned bedrooms
Satellite TV (Nilesat)
Interaction with guests
Bookings are by email and telephone.
We have property managers in Cyprus who are available by telephone during normal office hours.
Other things to note
The nearest airport is Ercan in Northern Cyprus - from the UK, either search on one of the screen scrapers (Skyscanner, Travel Supermarket or Kayak) for flights from the UK with Turkish Airlines, or book with the excellent Pegasus Airlines ((URL HIDDEN) Alternatively, fly into Larnaca in southern Cyprus, and arrange a north Cyprus car hire company to pick you up and drive you over the border. Airlines to check include Monarch, Easyjet and British Airways.
Please treat the villa as you would your own home. We do appreciate your keeping it reasonably clean and tidy, particularly when you leave, as the property managers like to have it looking spotless for the next people!
I love sports - especially hockey, which I play seriously though the winter and for fun through the summer. For travel, I love either places which are properly quiet (like the Lookout!) or super busy cities like London, where I live, or New York/Singapore/Hong Kong. I think I played too much music in my teenage years, so I don't really listen to it now. I love going to the theatre (west end of London preferably - although there are actually some pretty decent amateur productions staged by expat Brits in Kyrenia) and my other great love is food. I haven't yet found a global cuisine I don't like - am particularly fond of French food. My life motto is never to leave things until tomorrow - if a chance to do something you fancy comes up, just go for it!
