Rent my apartment if you want:
-a central location
-a nice, comfortable and big place (86m2)
-a neighbourhood with trendy bars, clubs and restaurants
-a friendly and flexible host
Don't rent it if you don't like Cph's "Red Light District" :)
My apartment is newly decorated with a pretty big bathroom and good opportunities to cook if you wanna do that. I've tried to make my place special by decorating each room with different kinds of tapestry which has turned the smallest living room into my own "wooden cabin" - a room where I really enjoy spending my time. The sofa in this room can easily be made into a bed for two. Just notice that there's no door between the two living rooms, so it's not fit for a very private couple...
You can use all the rooms in my apartment, of course, and there's a big garden/yard right outside the kitchen door (for all people living in the building).
Interaction with guests
Feel free to contact me by mail or ams at any time while staying at my place. I want your stay to be as easy and nice as possible.
I will try to be present at your arrival, but that's not always possible.
Other things to note
My neighbourhood is Copenhagen's "red district", if you know what I mean. The surroundings are a mix of hotels, bars, restaurants, cafés - and strip clubs, porn shops and so on. There are many different people here; locals, tourists, beggars, hookers, drug dealers, families with kids, homeless people...
People tend to hang out at the street corner next to my house, drinking and some of them selling drugs. I have lived here for ten years and have never been scared of anything, but it's important to know that the neighbourhood never sleeps and you'll probably see a lot of weird people.
I expect my guests to behave like you'd do in your own house. If you wanna smoke, you can do it right outside the kitchen door - but not inside, please.
Hey! My name is Kristoffer, and I'm a music and Danish teacher. I travel as often as I can and love the thought of opening my home for other travellers. I've lived in this flat for almost nine years, right in the middle of one of the most exciting neighbourhoods in Copenhagen - I think :)
