It is located at 121 Harrison Street; a portion of the rear of the property appears to border the East Branch of the Black River. Owner John Lersch was a drygoods wholesaler who did business as John Lersch & Company, a syndicate with 17 locations in Ohio and Pennsylvania. The rental quarters have 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, kitchen, dinning room, billiard room, and living room. Servant living quarters were converted into the Master's suite, where the owners stay on the property.Home was started in 1867 and completed in 1874. This home stayed in the Lersch family until 2001. The second owner completely refurbished the home to its colonial beauty.
