The barn/craft studio is situated in a corner of a field with only a river between the property and the open moorlands of the Brecon Beacons. It's tranquil setting makes it an ideal getaway/retreat.

The space
This space is ideal for small families with children over the age of 8yrs, the open stair case/mezzanine floor being the only obstacle for younger children.

Guest access
Guests are able to access the studio via the front patio. Acces to a small shed which adjoins the property is useful as a storage space for muddy boots and bikes etc.

Other things to note
We have always taken pride in ensuring our listing is spotlessly clean which is reflected in our ratings, however we have stepped up this approach with an enhanced cleaning regime which is in accordance with the Airbnb recent recommendation. We will continue to provide our best efforts on this issue in order to ensure maximum safety for all concerned.

We respectfully ask our guests to adhere to the country code whilst staying at the studio as the surrounding field holds a small flock of sheep.

My husband and I rescued this property from dereliction some 30years ago. We love our home and hope to make our guests feel the same way about our renovated barn which I have been using as my studio for the past few years. I am a trained Mindfulness Practitioner and like to spend a lot of my spare time in the studio, but when I am out and about I like to meet other artist for my inspiration. Some of my other hobbies include walking and cycling. I spent 8 years working as area manager for a leading, walking and cycling charity, Sustrans. I have a wealth of information about local routes in this area which I am happy to share with guests. I love Wales, its people, language and amazing countryside.
