A new apartment 1 minute away from a magnificent beach called "Pretty Bay" in Birzebbugia. The apartment is one bus away from the airport. Ideal for guest having an early flight or have children that enjoy swimming and spending time playing on the sand. A spacious apartment with the most attracting features being the gorgeous open plan with a view and close to the beach. Located on the 1st floor and guest are allowed to use the lift. The price doesn't include Air conditioner costs.

This is a spacious apartment situated on the 1st floor that is suitable for a group of 6 people and has a common entrance equipped with an elevator which guests can use. There is a main bedroom equipped with a double bed and a balcony, a spare bedroom equipped with 2 single beds and another bedroom equipped with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom and a balcony. Each bedroom has a separate balcony where one can smoke too.

In the Living Room, there is a couch together with a 40" inch LED TV. The apartment has a main bathroom and an en-suite (available for booking with 5 guests or more) which are both equipped with a shower, toilet, sink and a mirror (towels, shampoo and sanity are provided too). The flat is also equipped with a kitchen that has an electric oven, hob, Dolce Gusto Coffee Marker, built in fridge and also a microwave oven.

The apartment is also equipped with Wifi, Cable TV, Washing Machine and an Airconditioner in every room. The Air Conditioner (used for heating /
cooling) operates on a pay per use rate where one has to insert Coins €1 or €2 in a coin Meter which is located behind the front door in the apartment.

Also for safety reasons, the corridors, bathrooms, kitchen and living room equipped with emergency lights too in case the power goes off. Bedrooms are not equipped with emergency lights for the simple reason that if the power goes off during the night, the guests would not be able to sleep.

Especially if you are arriving late at night (after 7pm) where all the groceries and supermarkets would be closed, Silvan offers his guests to be able to order groceries beforehand and guest would find them in the apartment when they check-in. Please ask Silvan for the products list.

The apartment is situated 1 minute away from the beach called "Pretty Bay" in Birzebbugia. Also, the apartment is close to all amenities such as 3 groceries stores in the area, a church, multiple restaurants, takeaway outlets, bars, a pharmacy, HSBC Bank and an ATM. Also, there is a very nice promenade suitable for an evening walk.
