This is a lovely studio with kitchen, bath and large walk in closet, located on a historic street, built in the eighteenth century. The apartment offers one of the best views in the building, overlooking the Basketball Hall of Fame and MGM Casino. It's walking distance to downtown, the Basketball Hall of Fame & new MGM Casino. Six Flags is only 15 minute car ride away. This is the perfect for prospective college students or travelers looking for potential schools in the area or explore downtown.
