We have enjoyed our stay here, it is a beautiful place. On walkable distance from the centre. We stayed here in the first weeks of august, not the best time to be in this region we experienced, because nearly everybody is on holiday and most restaurants and shops were closed, so we couldn't enjoy the vivid life as described by our host. But we had a great time anyway, not in the last place because of this house.

This was the most beautiful of homes. We were so lucky to stay here. Checkin and communication from Rita was very easy. Pipo was such a cute doggy. We felt so safe and comfortable. A brand new renovated kitchen in a wonderful old home. We had everything we could possibly need. Ample space for us and for our clothes. The water was hot and the shower new! Modena is our new favourite city and we cannot wait to come back. If you're coming to the region or the city this is THE place to stay. Thank you so much

Wonderful place, wonderful people. Modena is one of my favorite places and this apartment is the only place I want to stay. Very comfortable and elegant apartment in an old grand home. Rita and her family were so helpful and such gracious hosts and speak excellent English. We can't wait to come back! The garden is completely enclosed, and it's nice for the children since they have a private, large pretty yard for the kids to play. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We loved this place. The apartment is beautiful, spacious and bright. Mario's mother in law, Rita, lives upstairs and received us cordially with some Lambrusco and cake. She speaks perfect English and was always available to answer any questions we had. The kitchen is very well equipped and offered plenty of space to cook and eat. It is only a 10 min walk to the city center but the area around the apartment is residential and quiet at night. We would stay here any time again.

Good quiet location and close to city centre. The dog 'Pippo' was very friendly. Nicely furnished apartment. Would recommend and use again.

We had the nicest week in this beautiful apartment. A bottle of the local frizzante and a nice cake welcomed us at the kitchentable along with various kinds of food in the fridge. Our host was at vacation in Sicily but everything was taken care of via the other residents of the house and we had telephonenumbers for the family if anything was needed. Luckily we met la Signora the last day and would recommend this place to anybody who would like a nice quiet place just 10 minutes from the historical citycentre.
