Ann cooks a really lovely meal for an extra cost and the conversation and hosting is just so nice! The brekky included is a real treat! Home and gardens are immaculate, highly recommend!

Cozy and quiet farmhouse with comfy beds and clean private bathrooms. Ann and Matthew were excellent hosts. We spent almost 5 hours talking after our arrival and Ann even cooked us dinner as everything was closed on Good Friday. Best stay weve had in NZ.
