Welcome to 'palm breeze', our recently renovated apartment close to Jolly Harbour and Jolly Beach. Enjoy gorgeous views of the hills, sea & sunset from the spacious, private veranda. Inside there's fast wifi, and a new smart TV. Our large private pool and gardens are shared by just 4 apartments in a secluded setting with free parking. It's a leisurely 7 minute stroll to the amenities of Jolly Harbour, and a further 7 minute stroll through Jolly Harbour to Jolly Beach.

The space
The living area of the apartment includes a well-equipped kitchen with dining area and plenty of space for comfortable living in the lounge. The living area has recently been upgraded with fast internet*, a brand new Samsung 42’ smart TV where you can log into your own accounts on Netflix, Amazon Prime, Apple TV, You Tube, Disney + etc; plus a JBL Bluetooth speaker so you can play your own music wirelessly. The lounge opens on to a west facing, private covered spacious veranda enjoying lovely views of nearby lush hillsides, distant offshore islands and spectacular panoramic sunset views to the front, plus pool and garden views to the side. Enjoy outside living with our new designer Italian furniture and a new electric George Forman BBQ. Throughout the apartment there is a feeling of space, light and air from the vaulted ceilings and stylish neutral decor, recently upgraded. There are ceiling fans and air conditioning throughout the apartment and full insect mesh on all the windows. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, built in wardrobes and direct access to the veranda. There is a second lovely twin bedroom with built in wardrobes and another full shower room. There is a cot and high chair for little ones.

(*Digicel Max, 450GB per month, which should be plenty of bandwidth for streaming movies. However please note that Antigua does suffer from occasional internet outages.)

Jolly Beach, located on the West coast of Antigua at Jolly Harbour, offers a mile long powder white sand beach on the calm turquoise waters of the Caribbean sea.

Jolly Harbour describes itself as the world's friendliest Marina Village where visitors can find anything from local handicrafts to vehicle & boat rentals, or have fine dining experiences at waterside restaurants.

Valley Church Beach is also walking distance; it is just as stunning although a bit more laid back and popular with locals.

Sugar Ridge luxury resort next door offers our guests the opportunity to take part in yoga and day spas too.

Nearby there are lots of amazing attractions like Swash Water Park, Sheer Rocks bar and restaurant, and many perfect beaches.

We absolutely love Antigua. We came on a visit and hardly seem to have been away since. Antigua is the heart and soul of the Caribbean, an exotic tropical island with an abundance of palm-fringed beaches, warm sparkling seas, English-speaking and life-loving locals, a wealth of land and water based activities, a huge choice of delicious international cuisines, and a background soundtrack of calypso and reggae. No wonder we decided to make Antigua our second home.
