All the main attractions and activities that Nelson Bay has to offer are only a moments walk away. Leave the car behind, as only a few minutes stroll away are the booking centres and departure marinas for dolphin swims, dolphin & whale cruises, outer island & harbour cruises, as well as swimming beaches, diving, snorkeling, stand up paddle boarding, kayaking, boat & jet ski hire, parasailing, fishing charters, bike hire, waterfront parks and bbqs, and waterfront play equipment.

Enabling you to cook up holiday feasts, eaten at a massive 10 seat hardwood table and wicker outdoor setting. The terrace is impeccably furnished to ensure your comfort and relaxation. Kick back with a drink and soak up the sun's rays on the single or double wicker sun lounges.

The inside of Penthouse Palace is equally well appointed with all the luxuries you'd expect. Your comfort is assured all year round courtesy of ducted air-con and underfloor heating through out the entire penthouse. The large kitchen is fully equipped and exudes quality, with Caesar stone bench tops and top appliances. The living areas and kitchen have an open plan layout to accommodate groups and social interaction. The lounge area boasts a combination of a 7 seat corner lounge, 2 individual feature chairs and a sofa, which accommodates 11 guests in individual comfort. The penthouse is spacious with generous proportions and tasteful, modern furnishings throughout. The lounge has a 70 inch LED TV and there's also a TV in the master, second and third bedrooms, so there's a private place for each couple or guest to retreat to.

The master King bedroom complete with WIR has an ensuite with spa bath, as does the main bathroom, perfect to soak in after a hard day of sight seeing. The 2nd Queen bedroom also enjoys an ensuite and bedrooms 3 & 4 have King beds. Even parking is plentiful and convenient - with 2 car spaces in the secure ground floor car park, complete with lift access.

Penthouse Palace really is the complete package! Indulge yourself with a luxury escape. This bespoke holiday penthouse was purpose designed, built and furnished with luxurious, private relaxation and group entertaining in mind.

BOND Penthouse Palace has a refundable bond of $1500 that is payable with the balance of your accommodation and is refunded 3-5 days from your departure date.

LINEN & TOWELS ARE SUPPLIED and the beds are made with quality white linen. Beach/pool towels are an additional $6 per towel to hire. Doonas with decorative covers, blankets and pillows are also supplied.

ACCOMMODATES MAXIMUM 8 adults maximum. There is a sofa lounge that can be used upon application to accommodate 2 children ($50), total maximum guest 10.

***This property is located in a quiet residential street which is noise sensitive. Any noise after 10pm that neighbours complain about will result in the loss of your bond. Do not book if you feel that your guests may breach this term and condition. ****

ONLY THE NOMINATED GUESTS MAY BE PRESENT AT THE PROPERTY FOR ANY TIME DURING THE STAY. We have a strict policy in relation to 'visitors' to the property, only those nominated and accepted on our booking form are permitted to be on the property. You may not add guests to the booking after the booking has been accepted. Immediate eviction will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance. A fee of $500 per head will be charged if additional people are found at the property that are not on the booking form. Your tariff will NOT be refunded
