Brand new and designed with love for details, our place is located in less than 5 minutes from the famous Vitosha street, a popular shopping mall, a metro station and a green park. Across the street is the emblematic National Palace of Culture (NDK) where this year EU resided. The area is full of restaurants and cafés in a walking distance. The airport is easily accessible via metro (direct connection) and by car it is in less than 15 minutes. Great for both work and leisure travellers.

The space
In our place you will find lots of small objects related to our personalities - hobbies, family and profession. We would like our guests to feel comfortable and like home. Our second floor apartment (elevator available!) is newly renovated and part of a beautiful old building which has recently undergone a major restoration. In line with the construction trends in the early 50s, the walls are very thick and soundproof. The open spaces are clean and always kept in flawless condition. The entrance of the building is well lit and located at the corner of two main streets. Additional safety of the guests is ensured by a police cabin that oversees the place and security cameras that monitor the lobby 24/7.

You will be living in the very center of Sofia. Across the street is the famous "Lovers' bridge" where people meet and enjoy art exhibitions and the beautiful view over the Vitosha mountain. The bridge leads to the City Center Park and to the National Palace of Culture (NDK). NDK is probably the most famous building in Bulgaria and there are thousands of interesting facts around it. The area in front of it is covered by flowers and numerous water fountains which makes the place really outstanding to see and go for a walk. After passing NDK you will find yourself in the beginning of Vitosha street - this is where you can enjoy shops, cafés and restaurants, meet other travelers and feel the spirit of Sofia.

Just a few steps outside of the building there are all types of shops including pharmacy, alcohol and tobacco, Starbuck's, nuts shop, a very very big whiskey shop (almost a museum of whiskey :) ) and many others. And in case you'd like to check on some "Sales", in a few minutes walk, you can visit the Park Center Mall where apart from shopping you can also have a cup of coffee or enjoy a fast food with a view over the park.

My wife and I love travelling, spending time in nature and playing with our lovely little daughter. We are also passionate about sports - Sophie is all about yoga, pilates, tae bo, aerobics (whichever fits her schedule) and I am mostly focusing on Brazilian Jiujitsu. In our free time, we look for places to enjoy good food and catch up with friends. We also read on topics such as new trends in design (architecture, furniture, interior, clothes) and lifestyle (motivational literature, psychology, smart solutions).
