Recently refurbished, premium Semi Detached property, Oakwell House is set in Leeds, conveniently located 3 miles from Leeds First Direct Arena and 3.7 miles from Trinity Leeds, a 2.5 miles to St James’ Hospital only 0.3 miles from Roundhay Park.

The space
The property features a flat-screen TV with Freesat channels. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, which includes an oven, hob and extractor fan as well as a microwave oven. A toaster and fridge/freezer are also featured, as well as a kettle and washing machine for your convenience. FREE WIFI and FREE parking is also available at the accommodation for up to 4 vehicles.

The accommodation has the benefit of a lounge that leads to a dining room/Kitchen. Off the hallway leading up the stairs are three further bedrooms and a house bathroom and separate WC.

Transport links include the A58, which allows convenient access to M1, M62 and A64. There is a bus stop located in less than 3 minutes’ walk from the accommodation which can get you into Leeds City Centre in around 10-15 minutes saving you the hassle of driving into Leeds City Centre and finding parking.
