Thissecond floor two bedroom unit is located in the Sundeck building in Shoal Bay. With beautiful views over Shoal Bay, open plan living area and a renovated kitchen, it is a lovely spot to spend your holiday.

The space
Main bedroom features queen bed with builtin robe, a TV and side balcony with filtered water views. The second bedroomoffers two sets of bunks, built in robe and a private balcony also. The bathroom has a shower over the bath and there is an internal laundry with washer and dryer.

The complex features a communal pool and a games room. The balcony overlooks Shoal Bay and has a sun lounge for relaxing and a gas BBQ and outdoor dining set for entertainment. Also a double lock up garage great for a couple of cars or for storing bikes, canoes etc.

Walk to the beach, shops and restaurants..... Everything is at your doorstep.
