Where you’ll be

Merthyr Tydfil, Wales, United Kingdom

The Merthyr Valley is one of the most historic and prettiest valleys in South Wales with plenty to see and do, for more information see the visitmerthyr.co.uk website.
Troedyrhiw, where the house is situated is a typical South Wales Valley village, mainly made up of terraced houses; built to accommodate the past mining community.
People are friendly and full of character, generally happy to stop and have a chat.
The village has a small supermarket, butchers, florist, cafe, several pubs, takeaways and a sit-in Indian restaurant but is also very close to larger shops, pubs and restaurants in and around Merthyr Tydfil.
Bike Park Wales is a major attraction in the area and the house is very close either by car or bike along the Taff Trail (National Cycle Route 8) which runs 55 miles from Cardiff to Brecon.

Hi I'm Hayley, married to Andrew with two lovely grown up children. I work full time in the construction industry and would love to have more spare time to list lots of interests and hobbies but instead I dream about reading, cycling, walking, our caravan in Pembrokeshire and writing short stories :-)
